Performance fee: 10% of the HVAC revenue this system originates every 28 days.
No retainer until it’s proven: a $1,000 minimum only kicks in AFTER we’ve added 15 extra kept service calls from RCL‑managed sources in a 30‑day window. You pay ad spend and phone/SMS costs directly; I don’t mark those up.
